I had ordered an abaya for Eid, but got an email saying it would be delivered after Eid, and I could cancel if I wanted. I did so, and purchased from elsewhere, but was told by another email that the abaya had been shipped already. Long story short, I did receive the abaya, but what I found amazing was the stellar customer service provided, informing me of the latest shipping updates and with the tracking.
