Everything you need to know about sizing, orders, shipping, returns, and payments.

Every product has its own size chart with exact measurements — find it in two places:

On the product page
Click "Size Chart | Size tips inside!" below the size selector. A popup opens with measurements in CM and inches.
In the product photos
Scroll through the gallery — the last image is always the size chart for that item.

Use this as your starting reference. All products are sized XS–XXL and align with standard US, UK, and EU sizing:

How to choose your size
Start with your height — it determines how the garment falls. If you're between sizes, always size up. When a product says "Runs fitted", go one size up for a comfortable modest fit.

Actual garment dimensions in inches. These are the garment measurements — not body measurements:

Choose by height first — it determines how the garment falls and the overall silhouette.
Between sizes? Always size up for a comfortable, modest fit.
All measurements above are finished garment dimensions in inches.
Measurements may vary ±1–3 cm due to manual cutting and sewing — this is normal and not a defect.

Always size up — especially for abayas and modest dresses where ease of movement and layering matters. If your bust or hip falls between two sizes, go with the larger. Coverage and comfort are always the priority.

  • If you're shorter: the garment will be longer on you. Many sisters love this look for abayas, or it can be tailored locally.
  • If you're taller: the hem may sit slightly above the ankle. Check the Length row in the garment measurements before ordering.
Our floor-length abayas typically measure 50–57 inches (127–145 cm) depending on size. Always check the Length figure in each product's size chart.

Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate after dispatch.

  • Log in → My Orders → enter your order or tracking number.
  • Or use our order tracking page — enter your order number and email address.
If tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.

In-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Pre-order items ship as soon as stock arrives — the estimated date is shown on each product page. If your cart contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship in separate packages at no extra charge.

You can request a cancellation before your order is dispatched by contacting our team as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

During Ramadan, Eid al-Fitr, and Eid al-Adha, processing times may be slightly longer. We recommend ordering 3–4 weeks in advance for time-sensitive occasions.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery region and order weight. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over USD $149 to selected countries — always shown at checkout.

✓ Most orders — covered by us

For the majority of standard orders, import duties and taxes are covered by us — you will not be charged separately upon delivery.

Two exceptions:

  • Customs inspection: Packages are occasionally selected for inspection, which may add 3–10 days. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it quickly.
  • Commercial express shipments (DHL / FedEx / UPS): For higher-value orders via commercial carriers, import duties may be the customer's responsibility. This will be clearly noted at checkout.
Unsure whether duties apply? Contact us before ordering and we'll confirm for your country.

Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

We offer Worry-Free Purchase protection at checkout (powered by Seel), covering loss, damage, and delays. We strongly recommend adding it when ordering.
✓ Covered — quality issues
  • Item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit
  • Wrong item received (wrong colour, wrong style, or missing components)
✗ Not covered — change of mind
  • Ordered the wrong size or colour
  • No longer want the item / personal preference

As all orders ship from our warehouse, we are unable to accept physical returns. For approved quality claims, we will resend your item free of charge or issue store credit.

Inspect your order upon arrival
Check carefully as soon as it arrives and keep the original packaging.

Take clear photos or a short video
Capture the defect clearly — photos or video are required to process your claim.

Send your order number, description, and evidence to email@mariam-col.com. We respond within 1–2 business days.

All payments are processed securely. Crypto payments are accepted via USDC at checkout.

We don't offer cash on delivery at this time. All orders are paid securely online at checkout.

Add items to your cart, then enter your discount code in the discount code field at checkout before completing payment.

Only one discount code can be used per order. Some codes are not valid on sale or promotional items.

Store credit is issued when a quality claim is approved instead of a resend. It's tied to your account and applied automatically at checkout.

To use it: log in to your account → go to checkout → you'll see an "Apply store credit" option at the top of the payment page. Tick it and the balance will be deducted from your order total.

Store credit never expires and can be used on any item, including sale products. If your order total is less than your credit balance, the remainder stays in your account for next time.

After delivery, you'll receive an email with a direct link to leave your review. You can also leave a review any time from the product page. Your honest feedback helps our community — Jazakallah khair for taking the time.
