I’m extremely disappointed. I spent a lot of money on these dresses, and to make matters worse, the sizing was completely off. One dress was way too small, another was way too big, and despite both being unworn, Mariam Collection refuses to offer a refund, exchange, or even store credit because they only cover manufacturing defects.

For a company selling expensive dresses, this return policy is ridiculous. Clothing sizes are not universal, and fit can vary significantly. Expecting customers to simply eat the cost of an expensive purchase because the sizing didn’t work is incredibly unfair.

Do yourself a favor and read the refund policy before ordering. If the dress doesn’t fit, you’re stuck with it. I definitely won’t be ordering from this company again.
