Content Creator (10% / 30-day cookie) is for social media creators, bloggers, YouTubers, newsletter writers, and anyone boosting their own posts — no approval needed, start immediately.

Paid & Deal (5% / 7-day cookie) is for affiliates running non-brand keyword paid search ads or operating official coupon/cashback platforms. This requires prior written approval — email Affiliate@mariam-col.com before going live.

No. When we move you to Content Creator, we recalculate your confirmed orders from the previous 30 days at the 10% Content Creator rate and pay you the difference on your next payout.

So start sharing straight away — nothing you earn during the review period is lost.

Assignment to Paid & Deal is not backdated, as the rate is unchanged at 5%.

Content Creator affiliates unlock higher rates through sustained monthly performance — not a single strong month:

• Starter: 10% (0–4 orders/month)
• Rising: 10% + priority support (5+ orders, 2 consecutive months)
• Ambassador: 12% + gifted products (15+ orders, 2 consecutive months)
• Elite: 15% + exclusive access + co-creation (30+ orders, 3 consecutive months)

Tiers are calculated on confirmed, non-reversed orders only. Starter Ambassadors earn 5% until assigned, and Paid & Deal affiliates earn a flat 5% regardless of volume.

Commissions are processed on the 15th of every month for the prior month's confirmed orders. Payment is sent via:

• PayPal — minimum balance $50 USD
• Wise — minimum balance $100 USD

Earnings below the minimum threshold roll over to the following month. Add your payment details under Settings → Payments in your dashboard before your first payout cycle.

Yes — within limits. Boosting your own content posts on Meta, TikTok, or Pinterest is always allowed with no approval needed.

Non-brand keyword search ads (e.g. "modest abaya UK") on Google or Meta are permitted under the Paid & Deal program, but require prior written approval. Email Affiliate@mariam-col.com with your platform, target keywords, and ad copy before running.

Strictly prohibited: bidding on "Mariam", "Mariam's Collection", mariam-col.com, or any variation — in every market, on every platform, with no exceptions. There is no application process and no approval is available. This results in immediate permanent account termination with forfeiture of all commissions.

We run our own brand Search and Performance Max campaigns. Affiliate bidding on our brand name competes directly with those campaigns, pushes up what we pay, and doesn't bring in a customer who wasn't already looking for us.

There are three types of codes:

• Public promotional codes (e.g. EID10, SUMMER20) — share freely, no restrictions.
• Your personal affiliate code — share on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, your blog, newsletter, or groups you personally run. Not valid on coupon aggregators or deal platforms.
• Internal dynamic codes (DCW-series) — these are private codes generated for individual customers in our email flows. Never share or distribute these. Doing so bypasses the standard warning process and results in immediate account suspension.

Our checkout uses anti-leak discount technology — when a customer searches for a code at checkout, your affiliate code surfaces automatically to protect your commission.

Yes, but you must register the platform with us before going live. Email Affiliate@mariam-col.com with the platform name and URL, your account or profile link on that platform, and your expected start date. We confirm within 48 hours. The platform must be independently owned and operated — self-built discount or review sites don't qualify.

Once approved, we issue you a dedicated code for that specific platform, and your account is assigned to Paid & Deal at 5% commission with a 7-day cookie window.

Only that platform-specific code earns commission there. Public promo codes, your general personal affiliate code, and codes issued for a different platform all earn nothing — and this is not subject to appeal.

If your account is flagged or a commission is disputed, you have 7 days from the date of notification to submit an appeal to Affiliate@mariam-col.com. Include screenshots of your promotional content, an explanation of your traffic source, and any discount code usage records.

We issue a final decision within 5 business days of receiving your materials. There is no right of appeal for terminations resulting from brand keyword bidding, cookie stuffing, or deliberate fraud.
