Closer to the color that arrived

Horrible the color does not match what it appears on the webpage so when I’m ordering it I assume I’m getting the one that is on the webpage. He said I received one that was like a normal light blue color when talking to customer service they told me that is normal, which is ridiculous and also stated that I’m saying it’s defected when I’m just clearly saying that the colors don’t match what they’re selling. I’m almost sure everyone would see my point when you look at my images I left compared to this item.
