Who Is Eligible for the Affiliate Program

Affiliates who are approved and actively promoting Mariam’s Collection through valid affiliate links are eligible to earn commissions, subject to the terms outlined below.

Commission Calculation

• Commissions are earned on successfully completed orders placed through your affiliate link.
• Only paid and fulfilled orders are eligible for commission.
• Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or returned will not generate commission.

This ensures a fair and sustainable partnership for both parties.

Commission Period

Affiliate commissions are calculated based on orders from the previous calendar month, covering the period from the 1st day of the month through the last day of that month.

Commission Review & Approval

All commissions are subject to review after the return and refund window closes.

This process allows us to:

• Verify completed orders
• Exclude cancelled or refunded transactions
• Ensure accurate commission payouts

Only approved commissions will be included in payouts.

Payment Schedule

• Affiliate commissions are paid once per month.
• Payments are typically processed in the middle of the month, usually around the 15th.
• If the 15th falls on a public holiday, payment will be processed on the next business day.

Minimum Payout Threshold

• The minimum payout amount is USD $50.
• If your approved commission balance for the previous calendar month is below USD $50, the amount will be carried forward.
• Once the accumulated balance exceeds USD $50, it will be paid in the next payout cycle.

Payment Method

All affiliate commission payments are made via PayPal.

To receive your payment, affiliates must:

• Provide a valid PayPal email address
• Ensure the PayPal account is active and able to receive payments
