1.How can I track my order?

To track the status of your order:
-After logging in, click on your username (My Account tab) in the bottom left corner of the homepage, then click on the "My Orders" button in the menu that opens.
-Once the new page loads, you can type your order number or tracking number to check the status of your orders that have been dispatched.
-Additionally, you can contact the relevant shipping company with your "Tracking Code" included in the e-mail notifications that will be sent to you when your order gets dispatched, or you can follow the status of your package by visiting the website.

2.What is your Return Policy ?

-Hi dear, we accept returns and refunds only if there are quality issues
Since the current order packages are all shipped from China, and there is no overseas warehouse in your country, the packages can only be sent to you, and cannot be returned. The temporary return and exchange policy is: "If it is a product quality problem, we will resend it for free. If it is not a product quality problem, we will not accept returns and exchanges for the time being". Unfortunately, we don't provide Cash on Delivery options at the moment. However, there are different payment safe and convenient methods available.

  • After completing your purchase, you can cancel your order by contacting our customer services.
  • We cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped.

7.What are the shipping fees?

It varies according to the country of delivery and the quantity of products ordered. You can check the shipping cost of your order at checkout and payment page.
  • Customs duty fees may vary depending on your order and the country of delivery. The obligation to pay customs duty depends on the policies of the country of delivery. It is not Mariam’s Collction responsibility to pay taxes on any customs-cleared order.

8.How long does it take sending my order to the shipping company?

Your orders are handed over to the relevant shipping companies within 48 hours if we have stock. For some preorder items will take time.
