I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The item did not fit as expected, and unfortunately, the material was much lower quality than I anticipated. What makes the experience even more frustrating is that the company does not allow returns, leaving me stuck with an item that I cannot use.

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. We take quality concerns very seriously and would love to investigate this further. Regarding returns, we do accept returns under our policy — please reach out to us directly with your order details and photos so we can work together to find the best solution for you. We truly want to make this right. 💛
