These terms apply to all retailers selling Mariam's Collection products through Shopify Collective. By importing our products or placing Collective orders, you agree to the terms below.

1. Shipping address requirements

We ship only to complete, unmasked addresses: full recipient name, street address, city, state/province, ZIP/postcode and phone number.

Orders imported from marketplaces (for example TikTok Shop, Amazon or Etsy) that reach us with masked or partial customer details cannot be fulfilled. We cannot ship using marketplace or third-party shipping labels.

If an order arrives with an incomplete or masked address, we will contact you within 1 business day. If a complete address is not provided within 72 hours, we will ask you to cancel the order.

2. Address accuracy, reshipment and redelivery

Retailers are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address on every order.

Any additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, including reshipment, redelivery and carrier address-correction fees, are the retailer's responsibility. Retailers may recover these costs from their customer at their own discretion. Returned parcels are reshipped once a corrected address is confirmed and the additional cost has been agreed.

3. Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and ship from our warehouse with tracked international delivery. Typical transit to the US is 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons (Ramadan/Eid and November–January) and are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Stock and cancellations

Inventory syncs automatically, but one-of-one and low-stock items may occasionally sell out. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and the order will be cancelled at no charge to you.

5. Returns

Returns follow the same policy as mariam-col.com. Please contact us at collective@mariam-col.com before any item is sent back.

6. Packaging and customer relationship

Parcels ship in our standard Mariam's Collection packaging with our packing slip. You own the customer relationship: we do not contact or market to your customers.
